[Resolved] We have fully identified this issue as resolved with confirmation from customers who were impacted.
If your team is still experiencing this issue it will depend on your technical setup for your company which may require an update on your network settings.
In office team:
Restart your DNS server software. Most DNS server software has the functionality to flush/reset/clear/purge the resolver cache which is what is needed in this scenario. Consult with your IT team to ask them to take this action. After this is completed, all impacted users should restart their computers.
Work from home team (network managed system):
Ask your IT team to follow the same instructions above. Restart your DNS server software. Most DNS server software has the functionality to flush/reset/clear/purge the resolver cache which is what is needed in this scenario. You should also restart your computer and your router.
Work from home team (non network managed system):
Restart your computer and restart your home router - typically by unplugging from a power source and waiting 20 seconds then plugging back in. This should reset your DNS resolver cache. If this does not, your ISP may have a longer period before refresh that you may need to contact your ISP support.

[Monitoring] The engineering team updated our DNS records which has resolved this for the majority of users. Some users are still experiencing issues and we are continuing to monitor as it takes time for DNS records to update based on your IT Network policy or your ISP.
Current workarounds on this:
Update your DNS record to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8

[Investigating] The left hand navigation to features within Drift is missing for some users. Access to those features is not impacted but the menu items are not available. The engineering team identified the issue and is working on resolving this.
